Job Profile Summary
To obtain, retain and grow existing digital and online client portfolios through proactive sales engagement, effective deployment of appropriate digital banking solutions, identification of revenue opportunities and delivery of excellent client service, supporting increased digital adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue growth and market share.
Are you someone who can:
- Drive the acquisition, retention and growth of digital banking clients within allocated portfolios.
- Promote digital banking solutions and relevant Group products during client implementation interactions
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities across digital banking and related transactional banking solutions.
- Assist clients with understanding, accessing and utilising digital banking features and functionality
- Identify applicable opportunities to grow digital usage or product penetration within existing client portfolios
- Conduct client needs analyses and recommend appropriate digital and online banking solutions.
- Achieve agreed sales, revenue, activation and digital adoption targets
- Monitor client utilisation and engagement levels and implement strategies to improve adoption and retention.
- Adhere to digital banking policies, regulatory requirements, information security standards and client confidentiality obligations
- Contribute to client retention through consistent, reliable and solution‑focused implementation support
- Maintain clear and complete records of client interactions, implementation actions and outcomes
- Identify market trends, competitor activities and client needs to support business development initiatives.
You will be an ideal candidate if you meet the below minimum requirements:
- A Relevant degree in Banking, Business Administration or related discipline
- 1–3 years’ experience in client onboarding, digital banking support, implementation or customer service environments
