Certified/Registered Medical Assistant II – Float(MPG)
Location: Naples, FL (Multiple Collier County Clinics)
Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday Availability Required: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $23/hr, depending on experience

About the Role
MPG is seeking a compassionate, skilled Medical Assistant II (CMA/RMA) to join our team as a full‑time float across our Naples, FL clinics. You’ll ensure smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and exceptional patient care while adapting to different clinic environments.
This position requires strong clinical skills, flexibility, and the ability to shift focus quickly based on patient priority. Clerical/front desk experience is helpful — or you must be willing to learn.
How will you make an impact & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Patient intake, including vital signs, medical histories, medications, and allergies
Assist providers with exams, minor procedures, wound care, and diagnostic testing
Perform EKGs, immunizations, and specimen collection
Prepare, label, and process lab samples and point‑of‑care tests
Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and equipment calibration
Support triage, care coordination, and transitions across clinical settings
Provide patient education on medications, treatment plans, chronic conditions, and preventive care
Document accurately in the EHR and update provider instructions
Schedule appointments, manage referrals, authorizations, and track test results
Verify insurance and assist with prior authorizations, billing, and coding
Maintain exam rooms, equipment, instruments, and supplies
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and safety drills
Facilitate communication among patients, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
Uphold HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and compliance standards
Provide excellent guest service to patients and internal team members
Perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of Medical Assistant experience
Active CMA or RMA certification (must provide proof)
BLS certification required and must be current
Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or urgent care preferred
Clerical/front desk experience or willingness to learn
Strong ability to triage and prioritize based on patient needs
Reliable transportation to float between Naples locations
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient‑service skills

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
