We are looking for a dynamic and personable Front Office team member to join the fun-loving team of our modern, well-run practice in River Place. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and ensuring a smooth operation of our front office. Seeking to fill a full-time/part-time role with a hourly wage range of $20.00 - $26.00 based on experience.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression for all who visit our office.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments in a timely and efficient manner, demonstrating excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person.
• Verify insurance information and assist patients with billing inquiries, showing attention to detail and accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office space, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for patients and staff alike.
• Collaborate with our clinical team to provide outstanding patient care and support, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence throughout the practice.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years experience dental experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients.
• Proficiency in computer skills and experience with EagleSoft.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing the highest quality care to our patients.
