CSEngineering is looking to add a Missile Warning Systems Engineer to our growing team! This client-facing position supports the Secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs (SAF/IA) and provides systems engineering expertise to integrate U.S. Space Force mission area programs of record into the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) enterprise and enable export to international partners. The position supports an FMS program with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), including technology release and foreign disclosure processes, program coordination, and executive-level reporting. A Top Secret clearance is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide systems engineering support to the space security cooperation and security assistance mission.
  • Provide technical expertise to integrate U.S. Space Force mission area programs of record into the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) enterprise and enable export to international partners.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to support the Technology Release and Foreign Disclosure (TRFD) process.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Air Force policies related to technology release, foreign disclosure, and FMS activities.
  • Support the System Program Office for an FMS program with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
  • Apply knowledge of space operations and the applicable mission area to support program requirements and objectives.
  • Coordinate with program stakeholders to support programmatic milestones and mission objectives.
  • Develop high-quality written products for government and executive-level leadership.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level briefings to communicate program status, milestones, and key activities.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint, to support program and engineering activities.
  • Communicate effectively with executive-level leadership, government stakeholders, and other key customers.
  • Support acquisition lifecycle activities and FMS policies, processes, and stakeholders.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Security Clearance: Top Secret

  • Minimum six (6) years of experience with space operations.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience within the applicable mission area.
  • Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) policies, processes, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Must be able to work with others on a personable and professional basis to accomplish all tasks while maintaining a positive and professional workplace.
  • Must be a United States Citizen.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with Technology Release and Foreign Disclosure (TRFD) policies and processes.
  • Knowledge of senior and executive leadership roles in security assistance and FMS and their relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience with Power Apps, such as Power BI.
  • TS/SCI clearance.

Location: Arlington, VA

Work Schedule: Onsite at least four (4) days per week.
