Demi Chef De Partie – Luxury 5 Star Hotel

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work at a stunning 5 Star hotel in Surrey that is looking for a Demi Chef De Partie to join its talented kitchen team.

You’ll be working predominantly within the hotel’s 2 AA Rosette restaurant under a fantastic Executive Head Chef, with the opportunity to also gain experience within the Banqueting Kitchen. The kitchen has a strong focus on sustainability and local sourcing, making this a brilliant environment for a passionate junior chef who wants to develop their skills and progress towards Chef De Partie level.

Responsibilities as a Demi Chef De Partie…

• Supporting the Chef De Partie with the day-to-day running of your section
• Preparing and cooking dishes to 2 AA Rosette standards with consistency and excellent attention to detail
• Working with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients with a focus on sustainability
• Gaining additional experience within the hotel’s Banqueting Kitchen when required
• Sharing your knowledge with Commis Chefs and contributing to a positive kitchen environment

This role would suit a Commis Chef looking for their next step or an existing Demi Chef De Partie who wants to continue developing within a luxury hotel environment.

You’ll ideally have experience within a 1, 2 or 3 AA Rosette kitchen, along with strong fundamental cooking skills, a great attitude and a genuine desire to learn. Most importantly, they’re looking for someone who takes pride in what they do and is keen to progress their career within a talented and supportive brigade.
