Description
Escape the Corporate PE Grind: Lead HVAC Technician (Clear Path to Service Manager)
Pay: $38.00 – $48.00/hr ($90,000 – $115,000+ Total OTE) | Guaranteed 40 Hours/Week
About
Beck’s Heating and Air Conditioning is a 35-year, second-generation family-owned business built on doing things the right way—no exceptions. While private equity consolidators across the region are buying up shops and pushing high-pressure sales tactics, we stay true to our roots: high integrity, top-tier craftsmanship, and treating customers and technicians like family. We do not engage in "sketchy" business practices; we focus on quality repairs, by-the-book installations, and building long-term community trust.
When you join Beck's, you aren’t just a number on a spreadsheet. You join a down-to-earth, tight-knit team where technician text threads mix real work with plenty of good-natured banter. We are steadily growing (surpassing $2.1M) with a clear vision for the future, and we are building a business to last—not to flip.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Technician who takes genuine pride in their trade and is ready to take the next big step in their career. In this pivotal role, you will lead field diagnostic calls, perform high-quality residential maintenance and replacement installs, and uphold quality control across job sites. Beyond technical execution, you will serve as a mentor to junior technicians and apprentices.
This position is critical to our company’s long-term expansion: we are specifically looking for someone with the drive, organization, and leadership capacity to grow into our Service Manager over time.
