You’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting a wide range of in‑clinic procedures, managing patient records, and providing essential assistance to our dedicated clinicians.

• .9 FTE, 72 hours bi-weekly

• Monday through Friday (no weekends or holidays!)

• Location: La Crosse Clinic

What you will do:

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients by greeting them with a warm and welcoming smile and setting the tone for their appointments

• Update patient information in charting systems

• Take vitals

• Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during office visits and procedures.

• Administer injections and immunization

  Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, nurses, and other team members to deliver exceptional patient care

What you need:

• BLS for healthcare workers

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program, Practical Nursing program or Vocational Nurse program or have completed education to be eligible for NCLEX-PN Or High School Diploma or equivalency and attained a Medical Assistant Certification 

• Medical Assistant Certification within 15 months of hire date.
