Schedule: Day | Full-Time
How you'll make an impact in this role
Greet patients and visitors, screen and route telephone calls, distribute mail, and perform general administrative support for the clinical department.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient care and schedule appointments in a timely manner.
Assemble patient charts, assist physicians with order entry software, and coordinate patient transfers, discharges, and staff scheduling.
Manage meeting logistics, including room reservations, notices, and minute-taking, while accurately maintaining timekeeping records.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
