As a Warehouse Representative within our Shanghai operations team, you will support day-to-day warehouse, receiving, shipping, and inventory activities while ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with established procedures. What You'll Be Doing
Support warehouse, receiving, shipping, and inventory activities in accordance with company procedures and operational requirements.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other operational platforms.
Perform routine data entry, documentation updates, and process-related recordkeeping while ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy within designated warehouse locations.
Assist with inventory counts, stock reconciliations, and system transactions within ERP systems.
Coordinate material movement between internal facilities and external warehouse providers to support operational requirements.
Pick, pack, and prepare work orders and sales orders for shipment in accordance with established procedures.
Receive, inspect, unpack, and process inventory materials, supplies, and equipment into operational systems.
Support shipping activities, including packing, weighing, labeling, and preparing goods for domestic and international transportation.
Coordinate shipping schedules and priorities to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
Maintain required documentation and secure approvals, feedback, and confirmations from internal stakeholders as necessary.
Assist with ERP testing activities, system enhancements, and operational process improvement initiatives when required.
Participate in supply chain, logistics, and operational meetings to support departmental objectives and continuous improvement efforts.
Report equipment, inventory, system, or process issues that may impact operational performance or customer service.
Contribute to process optimization initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and operational excellence.
What We Look For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, manufacturing, or operational environments will be considered.
Professional training, apprenticeship, or vocational experience in logistics, forwarding, warehousing, or industrial operations is advantageous.
0 to 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or related administrative environments.
Experience performing inventory control activities and quality checks for incoming and outgoing goods preferred.
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, dependable, and flexible approach with a willingness to support additional operational requirements when needed.
Good English communication skills required; Mandarin language proficiency preferred for local operational support.
