What You'll Do
Oversees basic production cells and guides assembly employees to meet production plans. Ensures that all finished goods are made with quality, following established timelines. Directs basic tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production operations on simpler electronic and mechanical assemblies. Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses basic hand and power tools. Performs continuity checks on work in process and completed. May conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications. Full knowledge of the job. Substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks. Assignments are moderately difficult, may require some judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendation. Requires general instructions on newly introduced assignments. Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.
