Our client is a leading multinational manufacturing company with a strong presence in the industrial and construction materials sector. They are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Production Planner to help optimize production planning, warehouse operations, and inventory performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About the Role

As a Warehouse & Production Planner, you'll play a critical role in ensuring production schedules, inventory strategies, and warehouse operations are aligned to meet customer demand while improving operational efficiency and cost performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production plans based on customer demand, inventory targets, and plant capacity.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure material availability and minimize supply disruptions.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and inventory health, recommending improvements to stock and replenishment strategies.
• Drive warehouse optimization initiatives, including storage utilization, material flow, inventory accuracy, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Lead inventory reduction and process improvement programs to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and inventory management.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects that enhance productivity and operational performance.
• Manage warehouse and plant improvement projects, ensuring delivery within budget and timeline.
• Champion workplace safety, sustainability, and operational excellence across warehouse operations.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in production planning, warehouse operations, and inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, and supply chain coordination.
• Experience driving Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
