Dedicated Delivery Truck Driver – Class A

Full-Time | Home Weekly | Dedicated Account

We are hiring experienced Class A drivers for a dedicated account offering consistent weekly freight and scheduled home time.

This is a hands-on delivery position with multiple stops per load. Drivers should be comfortable working directly with store personnel and providing professional customer service throughout the route.

What Your Week Looks Like

Drivers typically complete 3 loads per week and average approximately 1,200–1,500 miles.

Freight is delivered throughout Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Home time is scheduled weekly for a 34-hour reset.

Routes generally begin in the early morning, with deliveries continuing throughout the day. Schedule flexibility is required, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays when they fall within the scheduled work week.

Earnings

• Average weekly earnings: Approximately $1,900
• Typical annual earnings: $88,000–$98,000+
• $335 for a full trailer unload
• $25 per delivery stop
• $50 per backhaul
• Sign-on bonus available for eligible drivers

Mileage Pay Based on Experience

• 0–11 months: $0.81 CPM
• 12–23 months: $0.82 CPM
• 24–35 months: $0.83 CPM
• 36+ months: $0.84 CPM

When mileage and applicable accessorial/stop compensation are combined, the account has an estimated all-in pay rate of $1.35 per mile.

Actual earnings may vary based on miles, loads, stops, experience, productivity, and other applicable pay factors.

Freight & Deliveries

This is a 100% touch-freight account with live unloads at customer locations.

Drivers unload trailers using rollers and typically complete 3–7 stops per load. Because you'll interact with customers at delivery locations, patience, professionalism, and strong customer-service skills are important for this position.

Drivers must also be physically capable of performing the unloading requirements of the job.

Orientation & Route Training

After orientation, drivers complete approximately one week of ride-along route training with an experienced driver.

Ride-along training pays $150 per day.

Drivers should arrive at orientation prepared with approximately two weeks of personal supplies.

Equipment

The fleet includes International, Freightliner, and Kenworth tractors.

Driver Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Hold a valid Class A CDL
• Meet applicable DOT and company qualification requirements
• Be physically capable of performing live unloads
• Be comfortable with multi-stop deliveries
• Demonstrate professional customer-service skills
• Be available for the required work schedule, including weekends and holidays when scheduled
