Description

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager / Operations Manager from the enrichment or education industry to support and grow Write Edge’s Hong Kong operations.

This hands-on role covers administration, centre operations, enrolment, parent engagement, marketing coordination, projects, business development and supporting early-stage operations.

We are looking for someone who understands the Hong Kong education and parent landscape, is highly organised and administratively sharp, and enjoys taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Centre Operations & Performance

  • Support the setup and smooth running of daily centre operations
  • Implement operational procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Monitor basic performance indicators (attendance, enrolment interest, parent feedback)
  • Flag operational challenges and propose practical improvements

2. Student Enrolment & Admissions

  • Conduct enrolment consultations with parents
  • Support admissions processes and trial classes
  • Work with the team to test enrolment messaging, trial formats, and conversion approaches
  • Provide insights on pricing sensitivity and parent decision-making

3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with parents through clear communication and trust
  • Handle parent enquiries and concerns professionally
  • Gather informal feedback from parents on expectations, preferences, and pain points
  • Support retention and referral efforts through positive parent experience

4. Marketing & Agency Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on local marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Provide market feedback to improve lead generation, messaging and enrolment efforts
  • Track campaign progress and ensure timely execution

5. Projects, Workshops & Budget Support

  • Support the planning and execution of workshops, events and other business initiatives
  • Coordinate timelines, logistics, manpower and resources
  • Support budget planning and tracking for assigned activities

Others

  • Support the onboarding and integration of new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Work with HR to identify staffing needs and assist to recruit for different roles.
  • Support special projects and initiatives related to centre operations, process improvements, marketing or business development.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, or Senior Teacher in the enrichment industry
  • Strong understanding of Hong Kong parents, students and the enrichment landscape
  • Strong written and spoken Cantonese and English
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and administratively strong
  • Able to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management, project coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Resourceful, proactive and strong in execution

Salary: Up to HKD31,000
