Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across various functions within the Corporate Finance Department, including Finance, Accounting, and Pricing Operations.
• Support the Cost Accounting team with year-end inventory processes and assist in updating annual cost data.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Pricing team to analyze sales operations and contribute to pricing strategy development.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, data summaries, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, providing support to multiple teams within the Finance organization.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to ad hoc tasks and initiatives as assigned by Finance leadership.

 

Qualifications

• Full-time student majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related degree.
• Full-time 40 hours per week during the summer (May-August), flexible schedule, and hourly pay.
• Work is project-oriented and upon completion of the internship, the student may present a project to East Penn team.
• Project work based on needs of department as well as skill set/major.
