Analyst, Entitlements Support, Service & Quality

PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manages communication with customers of LSEG
• Investigates and resolves entitlement-related cases, including handling escalations within defined SLAs.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, and Support team to resolve complex entitlement issues.
• Acts as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for entitlement-related queries and support.
• Provides clear, professional communication and guidance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Adheres to service quality standards, policies, and compliance requirements in all interactions and processes.
• Provide timely support and resolution to internal stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have good analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and has attention to details
• Demonstrates a strong interest and proactive attitude toward continuous learning and skill development.
• Displays flexibility and willingness to work across any shift schedule, predominantly hiring is for Amers shift
