What you’ll do:

As an IT Analyst Intern within TJX Global IT, you will learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic global IT organization.  TJX's global IT organizational structure means opportunities and problem solving are not limited to where you sit. We value what you bring to the table - and we value different perspectives and feedback.

IT Analysts progress to a broad range of roles throughout IT.  You could focus on one of several possible pathways including Product, Project and Security. From the start, you will receive hands-on training to facilitate learning from your Manager, trainers, and mentor. You will also participate in a group project to contribute to IT strategy while solving an IT business challenge.

Depending on your interests, expertise, and our business needs, you could focus on one of several possible pathways:

• Our Product teams work closely with our business partners to build a clear understanding of what needs to be done and collaborating with our Engineers so that they can make it a reality. This is the perfect start to your future career as an Agile Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Our Project teams have a passion for ‘making it happen.’  You will learn and make use of Agile working practices to support your team, solve problems, and enable their success.  With this, you will build the skills and knowledge to succeed in a future career as a Scrum Master.  Expect to get involved in making plans, facilitating meetings (‘ceremonies’), resolving issues (‘blockers’), identifying resource needs and much more besides.
• Our Security teams are involved at the heart of everything we do.  You’ll learn important security fundamentals and then apply them in one of a number of specialist teams whose purpose is to keep TJX’s IT capabilities secure.  Your work might include investigating alerts, analyzing the root cause of incidents, or recommending security improvements.

Key Qualifications:

• Current juniors
• Students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in:
  • Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related major
• Desire to pursue in an IT Analyst career at TJX

Application & Interview Process & Timeline:

Application deadline: September 16, 2026. Resumes will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Candidates selected to move onto the next stage will be sent instructions to complete a HireVue, one-way virtual interview. We recommend completing the HireVue within one week if possible, as those will also be reviewed on a rolling basis. Interviews, for those moving forward will be held virtually in October.

With our corporate offices located in Framingham and Marlborough, MA, reliable transportation is required as TJX is not easily accessible to public transportation. A variable work schedule is part of the role based on the needs of the business.

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire. 

This position has a starting pay range of $24 to $25 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
