Description

Are you energized by the opportunity to bring structure, insight, and strategic partnership to a growing investment portfolio? One Washington Financial (OWF), WSECU’s CUSO holding company, is looking for a Manager, OWF Investment Operations to help strengthen the systems, governance, and operational rhythms that support fintech partnerships and credit union innovation. In this role, you’ll serve as a key operational partner for One Washington Financial (OWF), WSECU’s CUSO holding company, and strategic investment vehicle. You’ll help keep a growing investment portfolio organized, accurate, and moving forward by managing the systems, records, workflows, and coordination that support investment activity, governance, and portfolio performance.

You’ll work across executive support, investment coordination, data and systems upkeep, vendor and founder operations, and marketing operations—helping OWF operate with consistency, visibility, and confidence. Because this role will routinely work with confidential investment, financial, and founder information, discretion and professionalism are essential. Ready to learn more!

Your day may include:

  • Maintain diligence folders and stage records so that pipeline status is current and auditable at any point
  • Assemble the quarterly board packet from dashboard outputs and components supplied by the CPO and DFE
  • Support closing and post-closing administration, including document execution tracking and recordkeeping

Data & Systems Upkeep

  • Maintain CRM hygiene, including pipeline field updates, contact records, and stage progression
  • Collect quarterly portfolio company submissions, enter data into SharePoint lists/Power BI dashboards, and file source documentation
  • Maintain the NCUA Part 712 / CUSO compliance tracker and flag gaps or approaching deadlines for review

Vendor & Founder Operations

  • Maintain the vendor tracker and execute the vendor readiness handoff when a portfolio company qualifies for WSECU vendor review
  • Alert the team to vendor status changes, renewal dates, and documentation gaps
  • Schedule quarterly founder check-ins, distribute founder surveys, and compile responses for review

Marketing Operations

  • Coordinate podcast production, including guest booking, recording logistics, editing coordination, and publishing
  • Schedule and publish social content, website updates, and newsletter distribution using established templates and workflows
  • Repurpose podcast episodes into blog and social content following the established workflow

What you would bring to the team:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operations, executive support, project coordination, or program administration in a professional services, financial services, or startup environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and prioritize independently without day-to-day supervision
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, CoPilot Studios and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in recordkeeping and data entry
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
