  • Coordinate interdisciplinary construction activities and manage interfaces between civil, structural, architectural, track, rail systems, and MEP scopes.
  • Review drawings, specifications, design packages, and construction plans to identify opportunities for optimization, constructability improvements, and risk mitigation.
  • Assist with the management of RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, permits, and project documentation.
  • Participate in project meetings, stakeholder meetings, and coordination sessions while preparing action plans and follow-up items.
  • Identify project risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on schedule, budget, and project performance.
  • Support commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities to ensure successful project completion.
  • Demonstrate leadership in health, safety, and environmental protection by promoting compliance with Ledcor HS&E standards, project safety requirements, and applicable legislation.
