Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Drive profitable growth across Germany, Hungary and Slovenia by developing existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.

• Key Accounts: Build and develop strategic customer relationships across technical, operational and commercial functions.

• Technical Projects: Plan, coordinate and support product trials and customer projects on site, working closely with production teams and translating results into commercial opportunities.

• Value Selling: Understand your customers' processes and requirements and develop solutions that deliver compelling technical and commercial value.

• Market Development: Monitor customer needs, market trends and competitive developments and identify opportunities to further strengthen our market position.

• Collaboration: Work closely with technical, product development and marketing teams as well as distributors and sales partners to develop the right solutions for our customers.

Qualifications:

• Technical Background: Degree or comparable qualification in engineering, science or another technical discipline, combined with the ability to quickly understand and analyze industrial processes.

• Sales Experience: Several years of B2B technical sales, business development or key account management experience with value-added products or solutions in an industrial environment.

• Sales Capability: Strong ability to identify customer needs, ask the right questions and combine technical understanding with commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

• Customer Focus: Confidence working with stakeholders across production and technical functions as well as management and procurement, combined with strong listening and communication skills.

• Personal Approach: Entrepreneurial, curious and self-motivated, with a high degree of independence and the ambition to continue developing professionally and personally.

• Languages & Mobility: Fluent German and English combined with willingness to travel regularly throughout the sales territory.
