Description
Our client is a very high end 5* International Chain Resort with 100+ Rooms and several F&B Outlets.
This role will be reporting directly to Expat Executive Chef.
Note that our client is one of the most luxury and reputable brands in the industry!
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• Culinary school background
• Experience working at 5* resort/hotel or reputable independent Indonesian Restaurant
• Strong knowledge of authentic Indonesian cuisine
• Strong in cooking, food quality and presentation
• Passionate about food, menu creation and creating exceptional dining experiences
• Able to bring own identity and creativity to the menu while preserving authenticity
• Strong supervisory and kitchen management experience
• Able to lead, train and motivate the culinary team
• Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Guest focused and confident engaging with guests
• Good spoken and written English
• Creative, innovative and adaptable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude, confident and people friendly
• Able to work under pressure
