Responsibilities include receiving and delivering products, building and relocating fixtures, and pricing items. Team members maintain a safe and organized environment while operating equipment such as forklifts and supporting shipping and receiving activities. Collaboration ensures accuracy and efficiency, with a strong emphasis on ethical standards and company policies. What you'll do:

• Assist in removing released merchandise by pulling and staging pallets for associate stores, ensuring accurate shipment and disposal of damaged goods.
• Provide customer service to suppliers, buyers, and associates by supporting deliveries, locating lost merchandise, and addressing shipping policy inquiries.
• Build and dismantle fixtures, prepare for line reviews, and maintain proper signage to support merchandise sales proposals.
• Operate forklifts and power equipment while maintaining safety and security throughout the Layout Center.
• Maintain cleanliness by organizing work areas, managing recycling processes, and performing general housekeeping duties.
• Collaborate with team members and management to complete tasks efficiently and uphold company policies and ethical standards.

What you'll bring:

• Experience in inventory management and shipping and receiving processes within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate power equipment such as forklifts and pallet riders safely and efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills to assist suppliers, buyers, and associates with merchandise and fixture inquiries.
• Knowledge of safety compliance procedures and commitment to maintaining a secure work area.
• Capability to perform general housekeeping duties, including organizing, sweeping, and maintaining workspaces.
• Adherence to ethical standards and company policies with a focus on integrity and accountability.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to support team objectives and operational priorities.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 - $28.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
