ABOUT THE POSITION
At A. Lange & Söhne, we don’t just craft world-class timepieces — we define their global value.
To scale our centralized pricing strategy from our Berlin office, we are looking for a Junior Global Pricing Manager (m/f/d) to join our team.
In this role, you will transition from analysis to action. Further, you will play a key part in designing and refining the pricing strategies across our luxury product segments. You won't just follow a template, you will actively help build the analytical framework and tools that shape our global pricing decisions.
Collaborating closely with our manufactory in Saxony and our market teams worldwide, bridge the gap between local market dynamics and global brand strategy. If you love translating complex data into sustainable business growth, this is your place to shine.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive and co-create the global pricing strategy for our masterpiece timepieces
- Analyze global market data to identify growth potential and define innovative pricing models
- Stake-holder-oriented communication of new internal and external information
- Audience-focused tailoring of complex business cases in alignment with the brand’s strategic priorities across multiple departments
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree (M. Sc., B.Sc.) in business administration, management and data science or statistics
- Strong affinity towards business relevant tools (MS-Excel, Power BI (incl. DAX function), SAP BW or Google Looker & PowerPoint)
- Not afraid of working with complex data (e.g. Sales data, Client data) and managing it in a business relevant tool (e.g. Excel, BI-Tool…)
- High motivation for continuous growth in data analytic applications and ERP-Systems
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate complex data clearly across diverse cultures
- Willingness to learn the fine watchmaking business with diligence
- Good command of German and English
- First experiences in pricing, definition of pricing strategies and/or sales analysis in an international operating system is a plus
This is a plus:
- Basic understanding of SAP (in particular: SD, MM) infrastructure
- Knowledge of corresponding cross-process requirements of product pricing and supply chain requirements in an ERP-Environment
