Project Manager PMP

The Project Manager (PMP) will lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the Assurance practice and broader firm, partnering with executive leadership to drive transformation, operational excellence, technology adoption, and business growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing program roadmaps, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, facilitating executive decision-making, and ensuring projects deliver intended business value. The successful candidate will possess strong project and program management capabilities, executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to lead through influence in complex, fast-paced environments. They will demonstrate a proactive leadership mindset, the ability to anticipate risks and opportunities, influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and independently drive complex initiatives from concept through execution while ensuring alignment with firm priorities and business objectives.

PMP certification and experience managing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives are highly desirable.

Preferred Competencies

  • Experience leading enterprise transformation, technology implementation, or operating model change initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational priorities beyond project deliverables.
  • Experience preparing executive-level reporting, steering committee materials, and leadership presentations.
  • Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic planning.
  • Proven track record of influencing without authority across multiple functions and leadership levels.

What Work You Will Be Responsible For

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and status reports.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively recommend mitigation plans.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, steering committee materials, and decision-support analyses.
  • Facilitate discussions with executive stakeholders to resolve issues, align priorities, and drive organizational decisions.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.
  • Analyze project data and generate meaningful insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and governance.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and change management activities to ensure successful adoption of strategic initiatives.
  • Manage interdependencies across multiple projects and workstreams to ensure achievement of program objectives.
  • Assess financial, operational, and organizational impacts of proposed initiatives.
  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support executive decision-making.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
  • Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially: Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Pivot Tables, dashboards)
  • Working knowledge of Data Analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent project management certification.
