Job Title: Inventory Technician - Rogers
Reports To: Department Supervisor
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
1st Shift
Hours: Monday-Friday 5:30AM to 2:00PM
Overtime is required based on production needs.
Pay: $18.00/Hour
Summary Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material and supplies stocked in establishment by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Perform inventory counts for Pepper Source, Rogers (PSR).
• Email the Daily Inventory Counts for PSR.
• Reviews Pallet Tracked Raw Goods Reweigh report for PSR. Coordinates with Supervisor(s) as necessary.
• Enter/Record/Adjust inventory counts for PSR.
• Monitor inventory reports such as Past due counts, Purge reports, and CLA. Purge lot codes which no longer exist.
• Research count discrepancies and relay information to supervisor.
• Email Count Log Analysis.
• Email Adjustment Request for adjustments outside of allowed adjustment parameters.
• Review/Maintain Dead Inventory for all companies.
• Review/Maintain Out of Shelf Life Raw Goods for PSR.
• Process PSR disposals and ensure physical disposal and/or removal from the building.
• Perform Finished Goods inventory counts and record counts in system.
• Perform restacks as necessary.
• Complete on demand counts as needed.
• Assist in locating material/supplies as needed for Staging, Production, etc.
• Monitor and reply to any inventory discrepancy emails.
• Licensed Forklift driver.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements
Language Skills
Must be able to speak, read and write in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of computers, the ability to input data into a computer and Inventory software.
