For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- At least 3 years years of experience as an IT Cloud Infrastructure Administrator
- Proficiency in service monitoring tools including Elastic Search, Grafana, Prometheus, and Dynatrace to ensure visibility and reliability across cloud infrastructure environments.
- Working knowledge of Ansible for infrastructure automation and configuration management across production environments.
- Familiarity with Mattermost as a collaborative communication platform within a DevOps delivery chain.
- Mastery of new technological stacks (Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace) for service monitoring, with an understanding of the DevOps chain (GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Mattermost, Ansible) and container technology (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to apply DevOps and Agile methodologies to production operations steering and IT infrastructure management.
- Strong coordination, critical thinking, and stress management skills to lead infrastructure operations, manage IT risk and cybersecurity concerns, and maintain high service quality under pressure.
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Availability for Hybrid model, 2-3 times a week based in Lisbon
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
