Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00/hour, Full Benefits Package

Location: Jamestown, ND

Job Summary:

The Parts Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing parts inventory, receiving and storing parts, taking and fulfilling orders, coordinating the shipment of orders, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via telephone, email, online, or in person to process orders and provide customer support.
• Pick parts from inventory according to order requirements.
• Prepare shipments for outgoing orders, including packaging and labeling.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Receive returned merchandise, inspect for damage, and process returns according to company policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and maintain database.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and inspect for damage.
• Label, tag, and store parts in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of parts to prevent damage or loss.
• Coordinates and schedules the movement of parts products throughout the warehouse or plant including storage and shipment of products.
• Operates forklift in order to route machine parts to other locations of the warehouse or plant.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Abide by all company, state, and federal safety rules and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• General computer knowledge.
• Must be able to follow methods and procedures.
• Works well as a productive member of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Warehouse or mechanical experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to navigate facilities and machinery by climbing, balancing, bending, lifting, walking, stooping, and carrying materials.
• Wear and work in personnel protective equipment.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts.
• Noise level is moderate.
• Frequently exposed to airborne particles.
• Exposure to heat/humidity during summer months.
