The role:

DayOne Data Centers is expanding in Thailand. As Resource Manager, you will coordinate the land, power, utilities, connectivity and approvals needed to move projects from development through execution. This is a strategic, stakeholder-facing role: you will bring technical and commercial teams together, work with external partners and help keep resource decisions aligned with project timelines. It is not a pure engineering position.

What you'll do

• Lead resource development and acquisition strategies for Thailand projects, covering land, power, utilities, connectivity and permitting.
• Align resource readiness with early-stage project plans, development milestones and longer-term expansion plans.
• Build relationships with government authorities, utility providers, consultants and other partners; support negotiations with power companies, infrastructure providers and regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate permitting activities and other relevant approvals for Thailand projects.
• Work with Development, Engineering, Finance, Legal and Operations to turn technical inputs into clear business decisions; coordinate with third-party partners and operators as needed.
• Partner with Finance & Analysis teams on resource-related capital budgets and provide commercial input on the cost and long-term viability of resource decisions.

What you'll bring

• Experience in data centers or heavy infrastructure, such as energy, utilities, oil and gas, telecommunications, transport or large-scale industrial development.
• Exposure to project development or resource planning involving land, power, utilities, connectivity or permitting.
• Experience working on projects in Thailand and an understanding of local stakeholders, regulations and approval processes.
• Familiarity with power companies, utility providers, government bodies or major infrastructure partners.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work across technical, commercial and business teams.
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a project-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Thai and English proficiency is preferred.
