About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Service Parts Specialist to support our shop and field service technicians. This position identifies, pulls, stages, and issues the correct parts for agricultural and construction equipment repairs. The ideal candidate is organized, works with urgency, and provides excellent internal customer service to help keep technicians productive and customer equipment operating.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, pull, verify, label, and stage parts for shop and field service technicians.
• Issue parts to the correct work orders and maintain accurate inventory transactions.
• Communicate availability, backorders, substitutions, and delivery updates.
• Prepare urgent parts for pickup, delivery, or shipment to field technicians.
• Receive and inspect shipments and process unused parts, returns, cores, and warranty parts.
• Keep parts bins, staging areas, and workspaces clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with inventory counts and other parts-department duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Parts, warehouse, service, equipment, automotive, or related experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with agricultural or construction equipment parts preferred.
• Ability to read parts diagrams, work orders, and basic technical information.
• Basic computer and math skills with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, organized, safety-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record when operating a company vehicle.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Work may take place in warehouse, shop, yard, and outdoor environments. Occasional overtime or Saturday work may be required based on business needs.
