Description
NAPOSITION SUMMARY: Perform several manufacturing functions within the operation manufacturing team.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•
Understand and adhere to safety policies and practices.
•
Verify staged materials per BOM, Restriction’s log and Production Plan
•
Perform line clearance & line setup in each area.
•
Ensure each position are occupied with MFG Associates according to standard work.
•
Verify the QC, IPT and Retains samples pulled and labeled.
•
Verify the Hourly scorecard input: PPH, accumulation, remarks and reject count.
•
Ensure BMRAM and proper escalation is done if needed.
•
Ensure cleaning of the workstation, including the ancillary equipment, is being done regularly.
•
Ensure DHR/MES is being completed in a timely manner.
•
Execute and Review MES entries & eDHR.
•
Verify material issuance as per production plan.
•
Ensure material is returned upon batch completion.
•
Update the Production trackers.
•
Responsible for monitoring Packaging and labelling processes as applicable.
•
Ensure to complete trainings for all team members in compliance wire.
•
Use PPE as per SOP/Guideline & enforce PPE policy for all team members.
•
Perform in-process inspection of components and assemblies to verify quality conformance.
•
Troubleshoot any minor issues from the equipment and any affiliated documentations and take appropriate corrective action within scope. Notify Supervisors and ME techs of issues and discrepancies immediately.
•
Report causes of process and/or documentation and assist or coordinate resolutions.
•
Start and end batch runs.
•
Follow acceptance criteria for equipment yield and efficiency.
•
Responsible for label printing
•
Participate in DM activities and escalate issues & attend DBS trainings.
•
Work condition - RH <10% and 18-25 ˚C Temp.
TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)
•
Complete all assigned and required training on time.
•
Ensure operators are rotated frequently.
•
Aid in cross training plan for team members
•
Train operators on standard work & processes
•
Any other tasks assigned by shift supervisor.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience (in years):
•
Batchelor’s degree or any other graduate Degree with 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
•
Diploma and or ITI, with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing industry.
•
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in clean room assembly or Manufacturing in the medical device, pharmaceutical or biotech industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge and skills:
•
Ability to read SOPs in English is must.
•
Understands Good Manufacturing, Hygiene and Documentation Practices
•
Must be a team player and able to demonstrate willingness and ability to provide assistance to co-workers.
•
Adequate verbal and written communication skills
•
Pay attention to detail.
•
Knowledge of Basic Computer Skills is a must.
•
Able to identify each station of the machinery.
Physical requirements/abilities:
•
Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Must be able to stand for several hours. Work may involve repetitive arm/wrist motions.
•
Wear adequate Safety PPEs in work area and perform all activities assigned.
•
Ability to work in all Shift 24×7 operation.
•
Must be able to work in low humidity conditions ≤10%
