Responsibilities of the role:

End-to-End Account Ownership: Manage the day-to-day needs of key accounts and lead full-cycle campaigns—seamlessly transitioning from initial briefing and strategic planning to buying, execution, and insightful reporting.

Media Strategy & Execution: Drive smart, innovative media plans and oversee negotiations to maximize the impact and ROI of every budget.

Team Leadership & Mentorship: Actively supervise, train, and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive culture, high work standards, and strong professional growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders to shape high-level media strategies, and collaborate with internal departments to bring fresh, business-building ideas to the table.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with external media vendors and internal resources to strengthen campaign execution.

Workflow & Operations: Keep projects moving smoothly by managing status reports, meeting strict deadlines, and leading alignment meetings to keep all teams on the same page.
Requirements
-
Minimum 4 years of media planning experience within an agency environment (media or interactive advertising - end to end funnels).
- Hands on experience in planning tools but not limited to CMV, TV tools, GWI, Similar Web with knowledge in the consumer goods industry would be advantageous.

A proven track record of developing and executing innovative media and digital strategies, coupled with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing multiple projects, and thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.

Excellent relationship-building skills with a talent for maintaining positive client partnerships and strong negotiation abilities.

Strong quantitative proficiency, paired with technical expertise in media systems, reporting resources, and MS Office

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, backed by meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
