About the Opportunity
We are seeking applications for a Gift Operations Officer on a fixed term contract until November 2027.
In this role you will process and manage gifts from donors and alumni accurately and efficiently. You will play an important part in processing gifts and maintaining associated data to ensure they can be used to support the development and alumni relations activities of the University. This team works closely with the fundraising and gift implementation teams to ensure the accurate processing and receipting of gift transactions and data maintenance to support the development and alumni engagement activities of the University.

- Is an excellent communicator that thrives in a high attention-to-detail complex environment and has a strong focus on business processes.
- Has experience using salesforce
- Has highly developed data processing and maintenance skills, including the ability to follow documented data processing procedures.
- Is logical, methodical and well-organised, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Can approach problem solving using critical and analytical thinking.
