Required Qualifications:

- Maintenance or mechanical experience.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience in senior living, hospitality, multifamily housing, healthcare, hotels, or similar service-focused environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while providing exceptional customer service.
