The Opportunity

RefrigiWear is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst to ensure the IT systems supporting manufacturing and fulfillment are configured, maintained, and operated in line with business requirements. This role connects systems, data, hardware, and people: you will work with business leaders, users, and partners to solve issues, coordinate improvements, and keep the broader operational picture in view.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and able to balance tactical support, system administration, documentation, and project work while delivering responsive IT service.

What You'll Own

• Operations systems performance - Help ensure manufacturing and fulfillment systems are configured and operating to meet organizational requirements.
• WMS administration - Monitor, administer, support, tune, and troubleshoot warehouse management systems.
• WMS projects - Coordinate projects, enhancements, and issue resolution related to warehouse systems.
• System controls - Create and maintain master data, system settings, and user access controls.
• Operational technology - Configure and maintain handheld devices, barcode equipment, and other tools connected to WMS and manufacturing systems.
• Data and reporting - Develop reports, extract requested information, and reconcile data.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Engage business leaders, users, and partners to understand processes, needs, and constraints.
• Translate business requirements into solutions, enhancements, and clear system capabilities.
• Prioritize, document, communicate, and resolve IT issues affecting production and fulfillment.
• Train users on appropriate system use and maintain user manuals, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Communicate system changes in practical, business-relevant language.
• Maintain the big-picture connection among manufacturing systems, fulfillment systems, data, and related hardware.

• Production and fulfillment issues are prioritized and resolved with minimal disruption.
• Business requirements and system capabilities are clearly documented and understood.
• WMS settings, access, master data, and supporting hardware remain accurate and reliable.
• Users receive clear training and documentation that supports consistent system use.
• Improvements reflect both immediate operational needs and the broader systems environment.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience applying sound IT processes and procedures.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in a Windows environment.
• Strong functional and technical skills, with the ability to deliver work at a high level of accomplishment.
• Rigorous problem-solving skills and the judgment to look beyond the first or most obvious answer.
• The ability to prioritize effectively, remove roadblocks, and manage multiple support, administration, and project responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive, approachable, and professional style when working with colleagues, customers, partners, and vendors.
