Team Class A Drivers – Target Dedicated Account – Newton, NC
Team Up for $1,500 – $1,700 Weekly & a $5,000 Split Bonus ($2,500/Driver)!
Run dedicated team freight out of Newton, NC, hitting targets across NC, VA, TN, GA, AL, and MD while averaging 4,500 to 5,000 miles every single week.
Compensation Matrix
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,500 – $1,700 weekly.
- Split CPM Structure: $0.74 CPM split.
- Additional Pay: $20 per backhaul.
- Sign On Bonus ($5,000 Split): Payouts scale from your 1st load through your 1st year ($250 to $750 per driver per milestone).
Route & Schedule Outline
- Home Time: Home weekly (not always guaranteed on weekends).
- Territory: Delivering to Target stores and distribution centers across NC, VA, TN, GA, AL, and MD.
- Shift Dynamics: Requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays as part of the team workflow.
Cargo & Fleet Specs
- Freight Profile: 100% no-touch freight, mostly drop & hook. Backhauls consist of dry freight (75% preloaded / 25% live loads). (Note: Pallets may shift in transit, securement required).
- Onboarding: 1 day classroom + 1 day ride-along ($100/day training pay). 24/7 on-site support team.
Qualifications, Testing & Benefits
- Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience required within the last 36 months (3 years).
- Driver Profile: Strong customer service mindset, patience with store personnel, and safe handling of demanding schedules.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Clean results required on both a hair follicle test and a urine drug test.
