When someone books a haircut, a facial, or a massage at home, they're giving us an hour they set aside for themselves. If the right professional isn't available, arrives late, or the result isn't what they hoped for, they rarely complain twice. They just don't book again.

This is a commercial ownership role, not a catalogue-management role. You'll own the Salon & Spa at Home category across the UAE, covering women's salon, women's spa, men's grooming, and men's spa. That includes what we offer, how it's priced, and whether the right professional is there when customers want them. Your north-star outcome is repeat booking rate. Every service you launch, every price you set, and every quality gap you close should show up in whether customers come back.

What you'll own

• Drive repeat booking rate by shaping the assortment, availability, and quality that decide whether a customer books again
• Grow the category: bookings, GMV, customer frequency, and contribution margin across all four sub-categories
• Build the service range: spot gaps, launch new services and packages, and fix underperformers using demand, competitor, and performance data
• Match supply to demand with Operations, balancing professional capacity and skills by service, location, day, and time
• Close quality gaps with Quality and Operations, covering complaints, service failures, and training gaps, and own the commercial impact of quality decisions
• Price and promote with discipline: judge pricing, bundles, and offers on incremental demand, discount cost, and profitability
• Run the weekly category rhythm: pick the few issues that matter most and drive them with clear owners, deadlines, and measurable outcomes
• Partner across teams: CRM, Marketing, and Product on discovery, conversion, and cross-sell, plus Finance and commercial partners on launches

What tells us you're the one

• You've measurably grown a category or commercial line. Tell us the initiative you led and the number that moved.
• You can find the cause behind a metric, size the opportunity, and make a call with imperfect information, then explain the chain from change to customer result.
• You have 5+ years in category management, vendor management, or commercial roles, though results matter more than years.
• You understand unit economics (pricing, promotions, acquisition, retention, margin), because every offer here has a real cost.
• You've taken initiatives from proposal through launch and performance review, including knowing when to change course or stop.
• You're comfortable working alongside frontline operations and turning customer feedback into better service.
• You communicate clearly and influence without formal authority, with ownership, pace, and attention to detail.
• Beauty, wellness, home services, or on-demand marketplace experience is a plus, but strong consumer category experience elsewhere is equally welcome.
