Responsibilities:
Programming vendor payments to Lerma and Queretaro plant.
Prepare checks, wire transfers and bank deposits.
Register expenditures according to procedures.
Support receivables.
Check bank accounts ensuring the correct application of accounting movements.
Check the fixed background of petty cash.
Account Reconciliation.
Transfers to payroll and taxes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting or finance
At 2 years of experience in manufacturing experience in automotive industry is preferred.
English proficiency.
Knowledge in:
Taxes.
Internal Controls.
Bank Transactions and Procedures.
Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
Movements and Banking, SAP
Programming and calculation of cash to meet payments to employees, suppliers, authorities, etc.
