We are seeking a motivated and curious individual to join our US Architecture team as an intern. In this hybrid role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our team from setting Strategy, Designing Enterprise grade software solutions, and Building Solutions with AI platforms to improve the Architecture and Enterprise processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Architecture Support: Assist all aspects of the US Architecture team across the development lifecycle for multiple architects and all business lines
- Gain hands-on experience in the Architecture role from concept/idea, to design, and delivery
- Research AI platforms and provide recommendations to improve Team & Business processes
- Design and build AI Proof of Concepts and Utilities leveraging AWS Bedrock & Agentcore
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally: Work closely with US & Global Architects, business experts, engineering, and operations teams
- Document current state architecture, evaluate options, and document target state design
- Maintain Application Portfolio Documentation in the US “Architecture Library”
- Assist with Architecture Governance review processes and ensure compliance with standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement: Identify and suggest areas for process optimization, and system enhancements leveraging AI and enterprise tools
- Participate in training and development: Engage in learning opportunities to expand your technical knowledge and skills.
- Participate in InternConnect learning sessions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experienced with AI concepts, tools, and platforms with AWS Bedrock and AgentCore preferred or equivalent.
- Experienced with PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts and scripting languages (i.e, Python, Java, SQL).
- Exposure to cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with both remote and on-site components.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.
This internship is designed to provide a well-rounded experience in the architecture role of our organization. By the end of the placement, you will have gained valuable insights into the various aspects of technology strategy, design, and overall architecture required to support a large Enterprise and be better equipped to pursue a career in the technology industry.
