What would you do? • The Workforce Administration New Associate will process incoming requests received through emails or other applications. These requests include resolving and completing service requests while working collaboratively with team members, internal teams, third party vendors, and clients. • experience. BPO experience is an advantage. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills is an advantage. • Process and strategy of providing and managing human resources services and information to employees within an organization. • This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Read, understand, and analyze client processes as per business rules. • Execute the process accurately and timely as a hands on processor. • Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues or problems. • Always demonstrate the highest level of customer service. • Complete onboarding formalities. • Execute process steps related to employee movements and benefits administration. • Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data. • Update client applications accurately and promptly in accordance with the appropriate user guides. • Understand and adhere to Accenture processes and working methods. • Understand relevant HR and safety legislation as appropriate and manage cases while informing clients. • Understand and perform the full range of Workforce Administration processes across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee movements, and benefits administration. • Maintain a clear understanding of existing performance metrics, how they are measured, and suggest improvements to make them more effective and transparent. • Follow local work instructions while processing and highlight any anomalies in process documentation to SMEs or Team Leads. • Propose process improvement ideas that reduce time, improve accuracy, or enhance controls. • Participate in team building activities.
