$20.00–$22.00 per hour (Based on Experience) + Shift Differential
2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

As a Maintenance Technician I, you'll work alongside experienced technicians while learning to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment, industrial robots, and automated production systems. Every day provides hands-on experience with new technologies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
A Day in the Life
Every shift begins with a team safety meeting to review priorities, discuss safety concerns, and prepare for the work ahead.
Throughout your shift, you may:
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and robotic systems
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment issues
- Replace belts, bearings, chains, rollers, filters, and other wear components
- Help repair conveyors, motors, pumps, and gearboxes
- Support maintenance and recovery of automated equipment and industrial robots
- Assist with hydraulic and pneumatic system repairs
- Complete general building and facility maintenance
- Respond to equipment breakdowns alongside experienced technicians
- Record completed work in the CMMS maintenance system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of maintenance, mechanical, manufacturing, automotive, robotics, or other hands-on technical experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Willingness to learn industrial maintenance and robotics technology
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or automation systems is helpful
- Basic knowledge of industrial robots, robotic equipment, or automated manufacturing processes preferred
- Ability to read measuring devices and follow written work instructions
- Safety-minded with dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in an industrial environment
Preferred (Not Required)
- Maintenance or technical certification
- Manufacturing or warehouse maintenance experience
- Basic robotics or automation experience
- Experience working around industrial robots or automated equipment
- Experience using a CMMS maintenance system
