As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols throughout a residential location, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and authorized personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to residential incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, documenting observations and reporting incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain professional communication with residents, property staff, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• One or more years of law enforcement experience, two or more years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or three or more years of security-related experience is required.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
