Senior Executive - Examinations Development [ITE Headquarters] – 1 Yr Cr

[What the role is]

As a Senior Executive/Deputy Manager in the Examinations Development Department (EXMD), you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, integrity and effective development of ITE examinations. Working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you will manage test items and item banks, coordinate examination paper development, and ensure that examination papers are aligned with curriculum requirements, Test Plans, Skills Standards and quality standards.

[What you will be working on]

You will:

• Manage the administration and maintenance of test items, examination papers and related assessment materials for assigned disciplines or item banks.
• Coordinate the development, review, translation and updating of test items in collaboration with SMEs.
• Support SMEs in the development of high-quality assessments through effective item bank management and examination paper development.
• Assemble examination papers from approved test items, ensuring alignment with the Test Plans.
• Coordinate with SMEs and other stakeholders to ensure the timely development, review and readiness of examination papers.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure examination papers are accurate, complete, consistent and ready for administration.
• Monitor item usage and maintain item bank records to support the reliability, validity and security of assessments.

You should possess:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good IT proficiency and the ability to learn and use digital assessment systems.
• Meticulous attention to detail, with good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with assessment design, examination development or educational assessment would be an advantage.
