RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Record to Report (RTR) Professional to support end-to-end accounting and financial reporting processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, supporting month-end close activities, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.

This role is ideal for accounting professionals with experience in General Ledger accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities within a corporate finance, shared services, or BPO environment.

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries including accruals, prepayments, depreciation, payroll, and reclassifications.

• Perform bank, balance sheet, fixed asset, intercompany, and accrual account reconciliations.

• Support month-end and year-end close activities while ensuring adherence to reporting deadlines.

• Conduct account analysis and investigate account variances and unusual fluctuations.

• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.

• Assist with treasury and cash management activities, including cash positioning, cash forecasting, and bank transaction monitoring.

• Support internal and external audit requirements through timely preparation of schedules and documentation.

• Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

• Provide process guidance, knowledge sharing, and support to team members as needed.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.

• SME/Subject Matter Expert: At least 2 years of relevant RTR, General Ledger, or Financial Reporting experience.

• Team Lead/Managerial Role: At least 5 years of RTR or General Ledger experience with exposure to end-to-end accounting processes. And have Leadership, coaching,  supervisory, or people management experience

• Hands-on experience in:

  • General Ledger Accounting

  • Journal Entries

  • Accruals and Prepayments

  • Account Reconciliations

  • Month-End Close

  • Financial Reporting

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience in Shared Services, BPO, Global Business Services, or Multinational Finance Operations is an advantage

• Exposure to ERP systems is an advantage such as:

  • SAP

  • Oracle

  • BlackLine

  • Hyperion

  • Dynamics 365

  • NetSuite

  • PeopleSoft

• Experience in process improvement, automation, or transition projects is an advantage.

• Amenable to work Full RTO in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang

• Willing to work in any shifts i.e. night shift, graveyard schedule etc.
