At Blue Nile, you will support the magic behind our Diamond Bridal Jewelry Company by helping bring our online orders to life.

As an Inbound Fulfillment Associate, you will become an expert in process as you manage the receiving, inspecting, verifying, and storing of incoming inventory. To succeed in this role, you will be driven by strong attention to detail and a passion for organization—always ensuring accuracy, consistency, and the highest level of care.

In this fast‑paced, multi‑functional role, you will experience many facets of our Jewelry E‑Commerce Platform, working alongside teammates from Manufacturing, Logistics, Production, Quality Control, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities: 

  • Acquire complete knowledge of all inbound processes and operations with the ability to work effectively with current and new staff
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and ensure all materials are properly documented
  • Inspect incoming merchandise for quality, condition, and alignment with purchase orders
  • Organize and store inventory in designated locations while maintaining cleanliness and order
  • Support the department manager with daily operational needs and administrative tasks
  • Assist the team in processing and reconciling purchase orders and receiving documentation
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned

  • Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems.  
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must!  
  • Positive attitude with ability to accept constructive feedback.  
  • A desire to meet and exceed performance and service expectations.  

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • 1+ years of relevant experience  
  • Basic computer skills  
  • Experience working with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook Word, etc)  

Requirements:  

  • High School Degree, GED or equivalent certification is required.
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.  

Benefits:

Base pay range: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications. At this time, Blue Nile will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
