Maintenance Planner - Nutrition Division - Monday to Friday; 7:00am to 2:30pm

This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. What You’ll Work On
- Plan, prioritize, and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Coordinate labor, materials, spare parts, and external resources to ensure work is ready to execute.
- Partner with Maintenance, Operations, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement teams to align maintenance schedules with business needs.
- Monitor work order progress, maintenance backlog, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop job plans, labor estimates, and standardized maintenance procedures for recurring work.
- Track spare parts inventory and support purchasing activities to maintain equipment readiness.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and performance reports for plant leadership.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and equipment manufacturers.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must possess at least six (6) years of industrial maintenance experience or advanced education in electrical, mechanical, or electronics engineering.
- Minimum of three years planning and scheduling experience
Skills/Specialized Knowledge
- Must possess above average knowledge of the mechanical and electrical components used in the facility’s building/facility equipment.
- Must possess good time management and organization skills.
- Must be willing to work extended hours when necessary.
