This role is part of the Sales Operations and Market Strategy & Planning job family. This job family plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and optimizing our market strategy. They work closely with other teams to ensure alignment and execution of our sales strategies.

Job Description:

The Category/Sector/Channel MS&P role is a key contributor to the execution of business strategies. This role is responsible for enabling Sales teams to deliver sales/revenue, share, and productivity targets. This includes providing insights into market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the effective implementation of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and execute strategies in team/organization

• Identify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products

• Collaborate effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning

• Accomplish tasks as an individual contributor with limited supervision

• Develop knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirement

• Awareness of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal stewardship requirements and act accordingly

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, trade marketing or market strategy planning

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data

• Excellent communication skills
