Tasks and Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and commercial teams.
- Track requests, action items, deadlines, and follow-ups across Sales, Execution, and Plant teams.
- Coordinate communication between the Sales office and the Monterrey plant.
- Organize meetings, internal activities, documentation, and customer-related support activities.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and basic CRM updates.
- Support the organization and tracking of commercial opportunities and internal requests.
- Assist with the creation and follow-up of purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, plant personnel, and internal teams regarding materials, services, and order status.
- Follow up on pending items and escalate delays or issues when necessary.
- Ensure documentation is organized, updated, and easily accessible.
- Support process improvements and help maintain structure in daily operations.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative activities as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in administrative support, sales support, operations, procurement, supply chain, or a related area.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using CRM, ERP, or procurement systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proactive follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting Sales or Operations teams.
- Experience with purchase orders, procurement, or supplier coordination.
- Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or technology environment.
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or other ERP/CRM platforms.
