Roles and Responsibilities
The Pre-Sales Commercialization and Go To Market team for Corporate Solutions is the connective tissue between global product and regional execution, ensuring business development teams have what they need to translate product strategy to revenue generation
The Senior Specialist, Go-To-Market & Sales Operations will support execution of Corporate Solutions’ engagement strategy, sales readiness, and integrated go-to-market efforts. This role partners closely with corporate solutions leadership, providing analytical rigor, operational discipline, and hands-on execution—particularly across Salesforce reporting, pipeline management, sales performance insights, and executive-ready materials. The role plays a critical part in supporting internal leadership forums such as QBRs, Monthly Business Reviews, pipeline reviews, and GTM governance routines.
Engagement Strategy & Narrative Support
• Support execution of the Corporate Solutions business narrative by providing data-backed insights and performance proof points.
• Assist with pipeline and wins analysis to identify potential case studies and client success stories.
• Ensure internal and external-facing materials are grounded in validated performance data.
Integrated Go-To-Market & Operating Rhythm
• Support GTM governance routines including launch readiness, pipeline reviews and hygiene, adoption reviews, and deal forums.
• Prepare materials, track action items, and follow up on outcomes from leadership and governance meetings.
• Partner with Marketing and Comms teams to track GTM performance against campaigns, launches, and priority sales motions.
• Assist with reporting on marketing investment alignment and linkage to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in sales operations, GTM operations, commercial strategy, or analytics-focused roles
Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive-ready materials.
Experience partnering with product and sales leadership to craft solution set narratives and development of clear and impactful client value propositions
Experience managing a sales incentive program, including scorecard creation, alignment and management, for a global high performing sales organization
Experience in partnering with Marketing and Communications to define strategy, lead generation efforts and ROI definition and reporting
Experience partnering with global business development, sales enablement and operation teams
Self-starter that works autonomously and takes initiative. The perfect person for this role independently identifies organizational / process gaps and takes it upon themselves to create a solution
Strong business judgement, influencing skills, leadership and integrity
High EQ and collaborative team player who can drive consensus and build trusted relationships with business stakeholders

Experience in B2B payments at a major financial institution or technology firm
Experience partnering with investor relations on quarterly updates and defining business perspectives
Experience working with sales enablement platforms (i.e., Seismic)
