Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Document Control Coordinator to join our Project Execution team. In this critical role, you will serve as the central hub for all project documentation, ensuring seamless and compliant information flow between our company, our customers, and our vendors. You will be instrumental in managing document lifecycles for large-scale Pulp & Energy projects, from kick-off through to final archiving.
Responsibilities:

• To manage project document control in accordance with contract
document schedule and instructions from Project Management.
Employee's responsibilities for HSE at the workplace and duties
include:
• working in a safe manner without risk to themselves, others or the

• follow HSE policy and related instructions
• comply with site rules
• report all incidents, near miss cases or HSE risks as instructed
• correctly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE's)
• make suggestions on how to improve HSE practices
Authorities:
• To act according to the document control requirements of the Company and in accordance with the principals approved in the project plan.
• The right to make decisions within the area of Responsibilities.
Tasks:
Managing project document flow between Company and Customer in
accordance with contract document schedule; managing electronic
documents through document publication systems introduced by
Company or Customer.
• Managing project document flow between Company and Vendors in
accordance with contract document schedule; managing electronic
documents through document publication systems introduced by
Company.
• Determining of Customer documentation requirements and preparing
documentation instructions accordingly for the Project and Vendors.
• Customer Document publication system training and support for the
Project.
• Controlling document delivery schedule and readiness of project
documents when delivered to Customer or received from Vendors.
• Controlling erection drawing deliveries to project sites in accordance with
document schedule.
• Overall documentation system support for the Project.
• Archiving project documents from Customer and Vendors in the end of
the Project.
• Office work (e.g. copying/printing and translation orders)
Expectations for you:
• Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent skills
• Skills: English
• Experience: Experience from project document control
