Position Description

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs across multiple clients and cross-functional teams. You will act as the strategic connector between clients, delivery teams, and executive stakeholders—ensuring that all initiatives align with business goals, meet quality standards, and deliver measurable value.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Program Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery for multiple digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

  • Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and risks while driving accountability across teams

  • Oversee multiple project managers, design, engineering, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions

  • Define KPIs and success metrics for program outcomes and track performance against goals

• Client Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and client sponsors
  • Facilitate workshops, steering committee and executive reporting to ensure transparency and trust
  • Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans and ensure continuous client satisfaction
• Operational Excellence

  • Establish and optimize delivery frameworks, governance models, and agile best practices across projects

  • Identify delivery risks early and proactively manage issue resolution

  • Mentor project teams in agile and hybrid delivery methods to ensure consistency and scalability

  • Coach, mentor, and guide delivery teams to foster collaboration, innovation, and professional growth

 

Workplace:   Full-time remote role based in US, travelling as needed, and supporting US-based clients

 

 

Must Have Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in digital project or program management, ideally in consulting or agency environment

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream digital transformation programs

• Strong knowledge of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models

• Deep understanding of digital platforms, product design, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems

• Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and large distributed teams

• Expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver AI-enabled digital solutions, from concept through deployment, leveraging AI across the SDLC

 

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, OR CSM are a plus but not required

 

Professional Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — capable of engaging executives, technical teams, and end-users alike
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership in driving digital transformation initiatives within enterprise or real estate contexts
• Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature
• High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results
• Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues
