Description

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented colleague to join our data operations department as a team member. In this role, you will work with data and databases, handling data related to healthcare. You will be responsible for delivering periodic reports and outputs and managing the production process from input to output, including also researching and cataloging existing medical, cosmetical and other healthcare products and clients across various countries.

This position involves scheduling and monitoring data operations, processing text-based data files from various supplier sources, converting them into system-ready formats, and loading them into data operation systems. These steps help structure data appropriately for relational databases and ensure accurate delivery to clients.

To maintain data integrity, you will research, verify, and update healthcare products and customer information using online resources, official databases, and stakeholders. Your efforts will contribute to building, enriching, and maintaining precise master data, supporting data integrity, and delivering high-quality client results.

Workplace is flexible and it is partially in the IQVIA Office and partially from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors the production environment using IQVIA tools.
  • Data transformation (xlsx, pdf… into .txt, .csv…) and loading data into databases
  • Responds to data or job failures/issues and correct problems/issues when possible, according to established procedures.
  • Reports on the status of all products on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Updates standard operating procedures (SOP) as required.
  • Supports an offshore production hub and may advise on the scheduling of day-to-day activities to ensure high quality, accurate and timely deliverables which meet requirements.
  • Create or integrate new products and customers into IQVIA database
  • Catalog or map existing products and clients into IQVIA system
  • Confirm the accuracy and validation for production workflows

Skill requirements:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Advanced MS Excel usage (Pivot table, Data manipulation)
  • Basic MS Access office and understanding of relational databases
  • Analytical/problem solving skills
  • Collaboration, teamwork
  • Language English

             

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pharmaceutical background
  • Croatian or Serbian
  • BI tools (Power BI)
  • PL/SQL
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
